Mortgage Wallet 4+

We’ve recently completed on our new house purchase and just want to say how impressed we are with Mortgage Wallet, which our broker introduced us to in our initial meeting. Our mortgage Agreement in Principle certificate was initially stored in the app so when we spoke to estate agents, our proof of funds were readily available in the palm of our hands from the very start of the viewing process. After we had an offer accepted and applied for the mortgage, the app moved onto the next stage in the “wheel” and explained where we were up to in the mortgage / house buying process. As the application progressed we also received regular, helpful notifications to our mobile phones, keeping us very well informed throughout. The chat facility with our broker is a really useful feature too for short, quick responses rather than having to wait for a reply to emails. We have now moved into our new home and the app has changed to a countdown clock to ensure we don’t miss when our remortgage is due in five years time. All of our mortgage documents such as the Offer, Buildings and Contents and Income protection documents are also stored in the app for easy access now and in the future. All in all, a very easy app to use that has kept us informed every step of the way and beyond. It’s great that the mortgage process is finally being introduced to the 21st Century!

Love this app. Great to be able to communicate with my broker through the app, view my mortgage certificate when viewing properties and latterly being able to download my mortgage documents since applying for the mortgage. Now I’ve completed on my purchase, I’m now able to see the countdown to when my fixed rate comes to an end to ensure I don’t revert onto the Standard Variable Rate. Thanks for bringing mortgages into the 21st Century!

Love this app! Contacting my broker has been brilliant with the live chat. Locating the documents and knowing there all secure in the one place puts your mind at ease through out the whole process. Following the status of you application is brilliant with alert updates, I honestly cannot fault this app. Really easy to use!
