My experience
I love the clothes on this website and the inclusivity of sizing. However, I have a few issues with the website, the sizing chart does not have any information on the long sizes making it hard to figure out what the numbers mean I guessed inseam so lets hope I was correct when the parcel arrives. Also your shipping info section needs more information on how many curriers you use and their prices a lot of people like to know this in advance so that they know if they’ll get charged to make a return and if there’s drop off points near them or if it will be collected from their house. As your return policy is so short it is vital that you are very transparent with this. I will see how I get on with the returns if I need to do so.
Other than that I think it’s a great website great pictures images and descriptions.
Reviews should be displayed
I wish you could see reviews for items on the app. As some tops fit very different to others even when the same size. It would make buying things much easier.
Also, their delivery service is bad. I’ve had two separate orders be delivered to the complete wrong house (not even my neighbour’s). Yet there is no picture of the item delivered, and no way to contact the delivery service. Only found my package by driving round houses in the area and asking if they’d received anything.
Most irritating app
This app is always glitchy. It lags and it never loads properly. Very annoying and makes it a lot less likely for me to buy anything from Motel Rocks as I can’t be bothered to try and use the app
