New Features • The mobile app now supports 3D Secure (3DS) authentication when making payments, adding an extra layer of security. Improvements • Signing up on mobile is now a smoother experience - the process stays within the app rather than redirecting you to the mobile website. Bug Fixes • Minor issues with subscriptions and payment status have been resolved.

Following a recent Google Maps update to its colour scheming, we've adjusted the map styling on iOS to better match the intended appearance. Colours are now aligned with our latest improvements on other smartphone platforms to maintain consistency.

What's new in Moto Halo v1.2 This release brings several new core features — we have also re-designed several sections within the app to improve usability. NEW — Push Notifications & Bike Move Events SMS notifications have been upgraded and replaced with push notifications. When you update, we will ask you to enable this new feature to allow greater detail to be shown within an alert (as it triggers). Tapping a notification will open the alert directly within our app — giving quick access to more information relating to the current and previous status of the bike. • Push notifications for bike move events can be silenced temporarily via the new Snooze function available within the modes page NEW — Alert Inbox & Saved Alerts We added a new section within the app that links with our push notification feature. This feature works much like an email inbox does for tracking and managing notifications from your motorcycle. • Tapping a notification now opens a new alert details window, giving you quick access to the alert, last ride, and last position data for the target motorcycle. • Seen status for each alert has been added in the form of a gold dot to indicate if an alert was seen. • Ability to save important notifications to a list of saved alerts • Ability to dismiss or delete non-important alerts, which are saved to a deleted alerts list for 30 days • Ability to view a list of all new alerts, previously seen alerts and saved alerts • Added a floating button to — clear previously seen or all alerts in the alert inbox • Ability to filter alerts inbox by a specific motorcycle NEW — Re-Designed Ride Details Screen Our ride details screen has been re-designed to improve the look and feel and general functionality. • Ride arrows have been replaced by a solid animated line to indicate the direction of travel • Ride details panel has been re-designed and upgraded to improve the usability • Ride analysis panel has also had several usability upgrades NEW — Theft Mode Theft Mode now replaces Hyper Track Mode — to be enabled in the case of an emergency. We are happy to announce vast improvements to the UI and functionality to allow for a smoother/faster user experience: Ride Calendar! We have added a calendar function to the ride list - allowing you to quickly jump backwards in time and see what days you were riding. Days with rides are highlighted on the calendar, so you can easily distinguish between days with activity and days when the bike was parked. Ride Naming! Ability to name or rename your rides! This feature ties in with the new search function - allowing you to add names & emojis to rides. The system will generate the title by default based on the stops on the ride — but you can easily rename it by tapping the pencil icon from the ride list. Ride Search! We have added the ability to search all your previous rides by location and the ride's name — making it much easier to search through past ride information. Other New Features! NEW: Added information banners showing low device battery and instances of GPS signal loss. NEW: Last ride panel inc. basic information about the last ride, map, summary and link to ride. NEW: Ability to toggle satellite view on the main map. NEW: Ability to view ride name and rename ride from the ride details page. NEW: Automatic Safety Alerting: Moto Halo now gives riders added protection on the road via automatic scanning for signs of severe impact or collision. The app will now prompt for the creation of an emergency contact for use with this service. Should the onboard device accelerometer detect any serious impact our monitoring centre will be alerted and contact the rider. In the case of no response and should the likelihood of a road traffic incident be high — we will notify the emergency contact and the relevant emergency services with a full incident report and bike location.
