Version 2.0.0
In this version we've freshened up the interface throughout and completely redesigned the Stamp Duty section.
We also made a few other improvements;
- there is now a legend at the bottom of each comparison page to remind you which mortgage the colour coding refers to
- you can now tap on the Stamp Duty card at the bottom of a scenario to navigate to the Stamp Duty tab where you can see the tax breakdown
- we've improved the deposit picker when creating or editing a mortgage to help you easily select a percentage of the property price

Useful under-realised tool
A fantastic tool to have in your phone. Simple to use, clear, concise with plenty of supporting information.

Ok, but no cell to add the fees, and Stamp Duty out of date…?
This is a handily little app, but too basic for me and the stamp duty does not reflect the change last Sept / October.
Many mortgages have fees, which are usually added to the mortgage and they increase the monthly payments. These can be particularly high on BTL mortgages because the fees can be offset against tax. But this app doesn’t have a cell to add the fees - most online calculators do. So I’ll be sticking with an online one.

A cheap and cheerful mortgage tool for the same sort of price you will pay for a sausage roll these days!
This slick app is really well put together and offers a range of tools offering stats/data about how much a mortgage may cost. Looking forward to see where it goes.
