Free delivery charge scam
I placed an order for a restaurant listed under the offer of free delivery with maximum fees return of 15 SR (purposely increased the order to meet the minimum value of 50 SR to be applicable for free delivery).
Got my order with delivery fee charge !!!
Tried to write a compliant in their website (i listed my phone number as well my email) and it has been 4 days and never got a replay.
I would sincerely recommend other delivery apps or private drivers for delivery than using marsool app.
Complicated payment system
The payment system is quite complicated was not giving option to pay till order is accepted courier is found etc meanwhile no option or instructions about payment.
