One of the best payment wallets!
I was anxious to sign up to a new payment app, but I found MuchBetter surprisingly straight forward to complete the sign up and account verification process. I’ve had no problems at all with the app so far, and making deposits with online gaming sites has been so easy!
What I like about the app is the rewards and the cash offers you get with online sites. I would definitely recommend this to others.
The only thing I would improve is the response time to queries, maybe they could add a live chat.
Thief’s
I deposited money on 26th December. Due to having a new number I couldn’t access my monies but could see it on the account linked to my old number. I have tried emailing (it’s the only way of contacting). They’re meat to get back in a day or two and no response. I again top up to a new account linked to my new number and have contacted them again as the monies was not showing in my account. They have copies of my I.D, and the transaction details. Instead of responding to me they have now locked me out of both accounts. I have gone through the third party for a refund and today I will be contacting the financial ombudsman. There is no way of contacting the company, have found the director but no contact details for him also. Also they have loads of negative reviews alongside my experience. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I have found this app easy to use and very quick to top-up and make a payment.
I’m not sure why previous comments have been mixed as I only have positive feedback based on my experience.
