MultiCam is a live camera mixer designed for stage presenters and teachers. Simply connect a webcam, USB microscope or other any other standard video source and seamlessly switch between inputs with minimum of fuss.
As well as displaying live feeds from devices, MultiCam can mirror video horizontally, output to a connected screen and float video above other windows.
MultiCam will work with most cameras that are recognised as inputs by macOS. If you are unsure if your particular model will work, please see the FAQs at www.pixelscience.co.uk/multicam#faqs
-- Live previews of all connected video devices
-- Mirror video sources individually
-- Float the output video above other windows to monitor a source while working in another app
-- Seamlessly output video to a connected screen
I've refreshed the app to fix a lot of bugs in layout and just general design issues. Hopefully, this will make adding some improvements easier further down the line.
-- Fixed the display of the output button that was weirdly oversized in Big Sur.
-- Made the switching of cameras a bit more stable.
-- Thumbnail and preview areas can now be resized.
-- Added the option to turn off the feed from a detected device to improve performance.
I'm planning to expand on the features in the next couple of months, so if there's something you want to see, leave a review and mention it, or email me at email@example.com
