Where is my money? You have my items, have had an email to say i have been paid but no i have not. There has been no monies from you paid into my bank account. Supposed to be a bank transfer hahaha. If i could give minus stars i would. Beware people they are thieves. They are most definitely thieves, contacted them via email. They told me the money has been transferred, i can assure you no monies have been received. Only had one response to multiple emails, what a shady company this is. They take your gear but do not pay. Am now reporting them to the authorities both police and consumer. They cannot be allowed to continue to deprive people from either their money or their product. Tantamount to theft at the very least.

Compared to competitors, this app is frustrating to use. The scanner struggles to pick up bar codes and currently the app doesn’t register that you’ve scanned over £5 worth of stuff, when you have, so it won’t process the order. I scanned £30 worth of stuff and it still said the order needs to be over £5 and I couldn’t check out. I reinstalled the app twice and and rescanned three times. Same issue. Contacted customer services who’s answer was to manually key in the bar codes on their main website and don’t use the app. For over 60 items? No thank you.

Uninstalled and reinstalled to try to get it to work. Same issues. Camera won’t read barcodes. So manually keyed in items, when the items all add up to more than the required minimum £5 value I click ‘Sell Now’ only to be told the total is not above £5. Very frustrating, please fix.
