Muvi K-Series 4+

Since the app update the end user experience is rubbish. You could make this so good but I can’t even view the videos I have recorded on this app!! I go to the gallery and see the image and when I click on it throws me out the app completely every time I try to watch a recording from earlier.

Fix it. You make up spend all this cash on your good cameras and then let us down with a poor app experience. And we wonder why GoPro kicks our asses

The camera is first class, the clarity is brilliant, the video is clear as a bell too, even in waterproof housing, as I found out when filming badgers in pouring rain, the sound pick up is excellent too. My only problems are that there is a constant hissing noise on the soundtrack, and if you want to download videos, it’s slower than I’ve used since my first computer 30yrs ago.
Apart from that, excellent product relative to the price of go-pro’s!

Hi I used this app before and it worked fine downloading footage and pictures fine (from the k-series) but those videos were short. But then I recorded a really long one and when I download it when it gets to 100% my phone (iPhone) just sort of restarts then the footage isn’t downloaded so I try again does the same thing so if u could fix this that would be amazing thanks.
