Great service!
Good app for electrical Tuktuk in Bangkok. Highly recommend. The only flaw in the app is that one can’t see the pick up time before requesting the car. So if the pick up time is too long or fast then has to cancel the request.

Terrible, waited 45 minutes for a tuk tuk 5 minutes away
Sometimes this app works but very rare. Sometimes you wait 45 minutes to 1 hour for a tuk tuk that doesn’t move 5 minutes away. Customer service, if you can even contact them, are useless
