My Alfa Connect can be activated on the following Alfa Romeo vehicles:
• Alfa Romeo Giulia Model Year 20
• Alfa Romeo Stelvio Model Year 20

My Assistant
My Assistant is the package of connected services designed to offer you 24/7 assistance through features such as: SOS/Help Call, Roadside Assistance, Customer Care and Vehicle Health Report.

My Remote
My Remote is the package of connected services designed for remote management of the vehicle, thanks to a wide range of services such as: Remote Operations, Drive Alerts and Vehicle Finder.

My Car
My Car is the package of connected services designed to keep your vehicle's health up to date, thanks to services such as: Vehicle Info and Vehicle Health Alert.

My Navigation
My Navigation is the package of connected services designed to take advantage of the most modern satellite navigation services, enhanced by features available thanks to connectivity: Send & Go, POI Search, Last Mile Navigation.

My Theft Assistance
My Theft Assistance is the package designed to protect your vehicle, thanks to services such as: Theft Alarm Notification and Stolen Vehicle Assistance.

Mobility Services and Owners
In this section you can access the partner offers and connect directly to the web portals dedicated to the management and maintenance of your vehicle.

PLEASE NOTE:
Activating Alfa Connect Services is very simple. After purchasing the vehicle, the customer receives an email to complete his/her account registration on the web portal and activate the connected services available for the purchased vehicle. Once the customer completes the account registration and services activation, the system activates all services and sends a confirmation email. Now you can enjoy your Alfa Connect Services!

The compatibility of the services and the available functions may vary depending on the model of vehicle, the infotainment system installed on board and the country where the vehicle is sold. More information is available on the website dedicated to your vehicle and in your customer area.

Have set boundary alerts now I know when the wife has taken my car and when she is just round the corner from home on the way back!
It’s ACE !!!!
Also tells me if she’s left it low on fuel NAUGHTY

Not good

All I get is lock, unlock, lights and the vehicle location. I was expecting a lot more although perhaps my last car spoiled me. It was a Jaguar and their app gave a lot more info and let me check whether or not it was locked, if the windows or sun roof were closed, let me start and stop the engine remotely. It would let me flash the lights and sound the horn so I could find it easily and it kept a record of my journeys including a map view, fuel consumption and distance. Am I expecting too much?

Your car's radio should ask you to install updates required to implement new features for your MyAlfaConnect app. If you haven't received those updates yet, please send us an email to info.connectivity@fcagroup.com with the VIN of your vehicle in order for us to check updates status. Could be better…

I hope the developers are able to sort out the glitches as this could be a fantastic app..
Data from the car to the app, i.e. fuel quantity, mileage, health information are over a week old.
No way (?) to refresh the app to obtain current and accurate data…
Navigation, no provision to send locations to the car, again it could be me but don't think so.

Please developers, help to turn this into a fantastic app that rivals BMW, etc..
