The My BASE-app is only accessible for BASE customers via any internet connection. The app is free to download and use. The price for the data usage depends on your monthly plan or prepaid card.

Version 4.2.0
At BASE, we are constantly improving the My BASE app. In this version you can now also buy additional internet volume, and you’ll have the possibility to contact BASE Support via WhatsApp. We also improved the overall user experience and fixed a few bugs.

Too many problems with this app
The app has constant issues: error messages, inability to login, bugs, crashes, maintenance,… Not reliable at all.

Inconsistent
Often doesn’t let me pay my bills. It shows the link to the bill but no link to pay them. Very frustrating.
