MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.
The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.
For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and Citroën dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

I haven’t been able to get it to sync with my car, ever. To be fair, I may be doing something wrong. I have asked Citroën for help with the issue and am waiting for a reply - hopefully with a solution! It’ll be a great app if I can get it working.
Update: I had a response from the developer and it turns that my car - 2014 C3 Picasso - is not fully compatible with this app. I have revised my rating on the basis that it does everything I can reasonably expect.

Needs a little work but not too bad
Generally ok. Doesn’t always update phone after every journey but it synchs ok eventually. However, when assigning journeys to either Personal or Business use it sometimes gets confused. Sometimes, when I can click on the circle beside a journey to select, it is the one above that gets selected instead. I can only cure by going into the details for the journey and assigning Personal or Business from there. Also, although you can customise the date range of journeys you want to see in the app - if you then export this data you get a file with all journeys from the time the car went on the road and not just those in the date range selected. I export the journeys quarterly into a spreadsheet to get a breakdown of Personal/Business and have to then delete the lines outside the quarter I am interested in before summing the mileage.

Of little value....
Downloaded this app after buying a new C4 cactus hatch. Can't find any manual of instructions how to use it, my iPhone pairs with the car but I only have 3 icons across the bottom , not the 4 shown in the screenshots. I tried connecting via apple airplay and the cable, but still no information. As other reviewers have said, I know where I parked my car so overall, app not much use until someone either produces some instructions or fixes it!
Ps, I am using an iPhone 5c. Still not working even after talking to Citroen support. All they could come up with was delete and reload app. Tried that - given up now with it, although it does tell me when my maps need updating.
