Not as good as the old app

Some drawbacks of this app:

I can’t view bookings not made by myself without logging out of my account and logging back in with the booking number - when I try to add the trip to my account nothing happens

You can’t browse the activity schedules of all the resorts - I used to like being able to see what was on offer schedule-wise prior to booking

I’m struggling to see any improvements of the new app compared to the old one.

Hello, thank you for your comment and we apologize for the inconvenience.
The new application is designed for customers who already have a reservation, to personalize their experience before and during their stay.
It allows you to view all your stays by logging in "With your account": GM number or email address and password. Once logged in, in the burger menu you have the option "Switch to another stay", here you can find them and prepare them in advance. The Club Med Team.

Perfect holiday

Our first visit to ClubMed and we loved every minute. A seamless private transfer from the airport to the beautiful resort, with food and drink on arrival at midnight.

Simple, clean, spacious rooms with a view of the mountains.

Delicious food - so much choice. Fresh salads, fruit, freshly cooked meats and fish. All the deserts! Sadly only one of the a la carte restaurants were open this week but it did not disappoint.

Big thank you to Yannis at Passworld who made our teens’ week super fun. They especially enjoyed the paintballing.

Great tennis coaching from Mark and Yousef.

Terrifying fun on the trapeze!

Excellent sailing (but only catamarans). Big shout out to Tolga.

The resort is beautifully manicured and spacious. We visited during the first week of the season so it was comparatively quiet.

Thanks to all the staff for making a memorable week.

Best time ever

It’s my 4th time in Club Med. I always feel like I’m returning home. All my Club Med family (staff) too numerous to mention has always made me feel so welcomed each and every time. Look forward to seeing them soon again.
