Guests can discover a world of boundless possibilities at their fingertips as they prepare to embrace the Ocean State of Mind – where every moment is filled with discovery, modern European elegance, and excitement.

An essential feature of the app is the simple check-in process; with a few taps, guests can effortlessly retrieve and access their booked journeys and check in from the comfort of their own device.

Guests are simply required to scan their passport, register personal and emergency contacts, securely add their credit card information, and upload a photo. Once completed, a boarding pass is provided, granting seamless access to the journey experience.

Throughout the journey, My Explora becomes an indispensable companion, guiding guests through every aspect of their journey with effortless ease. Guests can seamlessly access key information about the itinerary, view the ship deck plans, learn about dining options that will tantalize the taste buds, and make dining reservations at their preferred restaurants, ensuring every meal is a delightful experience.

They can also discover the rejuvenating haven of Ocean Wellness, where serenity and reinvigoration meet.

Guests can get a glimpse of the breathtaking destinations that will soon unfold before them, enriching the senses and igniting a wanderlust for our collection of Destination Experiences. With My Explora, guests can browse and reserve Destination Experiences, allowing them to secure their place in exclusive immersions and cultural encounters ahead of time.

Additionally, guests can immerse themselves in the vibrant pulse of life on board with our Daily Programme, tailored to ensure each day brings a new thrill and endless opportunities for entertainment and enrichment experiences.

Glitchy and lacks content

Unlike the ship itself which is in a league of itself and unsurpassed by any other cruise line, the app needs a lot of work to bring it up to the same standard.

The app does not show any activities booked onboard in MY SCHEDULE - just blank so hard to keep track of restaurant bookings, fitness classes and spa treatments booked !!

No deck plans so I have to search online to see deck plans. A facility to search for a particular location on ship would be great to help navigate as the ship lacks information on signs to where on a deck where a particular location is - I.e. Forward, midship or astern.

Navigation could be better - takes some getting used to.

Entertainment could be displayed and selectable by day instead of a long scrolling list

Not working

The app is not working at all. I have checked in online as I couldn’t check in via the app. It didn’t recognise my details and even now that I am checked in, it still doesn’t let me past the intro screen saying “please check your booking details and try again”. Disappointing to say the least..
