My Health and Care has been designed for use across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent and enables residents to have a summary view of their Shared Care Record. My Health and Care is compatible with most smartphones and tablets.

Poor app with little point to it
Downloaded as advised on hospital appointment letter. A pointless app, all it does is allow me to read a letter that I already have. The medication and history sections are both partial and out of date, my future appointment is missing and there seems little purpose to the app. Disappointing and probably very costly experiment. I have deleted it. The NHS app is far far far better.
Rubbish
Downloaded this app because have lots of appointments it’s supposed to link to my NHS app I followed the instructions put in my password and it replied by saying file incorrect looked at my NHS app signed out them back in using my password everything was fine this app does not work it is rubbish
