Description
"interphone intratone" is an app that allows you to speak to your visitors via your smartphone or tablet. Whether you’re connected to WIFI or 5G**, you will be able to receive video calls.
* Receive access requests
Even if you’re away from home, you can now talk to your visitors. You can choose whether to open the door or not. It’s simple and efficient.
* Manage your devices
You can add one or several devices to use to open the door. Got a new phone? Don’t worry, you can add or delete devices that are set up to receive video calls.
* See your history
This feature allows you to view your video call history. It gives you the chance to check who called in case of any doubts.
* Installation
First of all, it’s important to check that you are eligible to use this app. The app is part of the Intratone product range. Make sure that your landlord, property manager or owner offers this service.
If your call goes to audio, you can open the door for your visitor by pressing the * key on your device.

Updated App
As an installer and an everyday user of this app, the improvements made far outweigh any negative issues from previous versions. So long as users now fully understand how it works I can’t see any issues at all. A recent problem caused by IOS was attended to within hours.
Another day another missed parcel.
Forgot my keys a few days ago - but thought “I know I can be clever and let myself in”. Tried multiple times - kept saying call declined on my phone every time. My partner was luckily at home, but got the same result so had to come down stairs (top floor - so that was fun) to let me in. Same today when dpd tried to deliver. It almost seemed fine for about a month (we’ve had it now for 2 years - and last month it was almost good it seemed) but it’s back to the useless app that ruins my day, causes me to run downstairs and chase delivery drivers again. Waste of time. Avoid!

Kinda Disappointed :(
The app's design and features are very well-made!
But, the app often has bugs and glitches that make the positives essentially useless. The call sometimes ends on its own and the camera also doesn't work on some devices.
It's even worse for people with older phones since it's more likely for them to get these issues; this is bad for people with older relatives.
I would understand if they made the app recently but they have been here for a while so I'm not sure why they have issues so often.
Hopefully, the company will sort out its coding and will polish their app soon.
