Step 2: A professional My Laundress Laundry & Dry-Cleaning valet will swing by with custom laundry and garment bags to collect your items - so your clothes are protected in style.
Step 3: Your clothes are returned fresh and folded 24 hours later. Meanwhile, you can relax with a cup of joe (or herbal tea, if that’s your thing).

Very Poor Service
This was advertised as collection and delivery in the North West via yellow pages with the stores location and name. I paid for 2 items to be collected and chose a delivery time also. I received an order confirmation email and was charged. My items have not been collected. I have logged into the app and it says I have placed 0 orders despite having an email confirming my order and I have tried to contact the supplier and heard no response. Would not recommend.
Life saviours
Dropped wine and got Doritos on wife’s cardigan. Thinking it was a towel. My laundress. You superstars. Had it back within 11 hours. She thought I bought her a new top loool. Will be using again
