Why are M1 apps so bad?
Cannot understand how a mobile service provider can allow mobile apps that simply do not work to go live… Truly poor.

Can login after upgrade
Upgraded as requested. Now locked into a continuous login cycle of entering tel number, receiving a OTP and back to the start.

Hi JEA001, to access M1+ app, M1 ID (email add) registered under your name is required and you will be prompted with a further OTP for secure access and complete view of all lines and services for all of your accounts. Thank you - Sam
