Doesn’t work

Absolutely rubbish, just raised my blood pressure over this useless app. I tried connecting using the NHS app and logging in using my email. None worked. I’ve gone through all the steps and seemed as though it was going to connect and work but then it comes up with an empty page and mysterious four digit spaces that I need to fill in before continuing. It doesn’t say what these 4 digits are or where I can find them. It doesn’t send a text or email with a four digit number. And I literally tried all the digits I have ever set up or used for anything. Seems more like trying to steal my data than actually trying to connect. Absolutely useless!

Why doesn’t it offer links to the other hospitals it is linked to?

Having been given passwords for this site I found that Cheshire and Merseyside doesn’t link into it. I questioned The Southampton site about this and was sent a link for my area. Why make it so difficult?

Thank you for giving feedback - we're sorry you had a bad experience with using the application. In the current release, the App links to Southampton General Hospital only. The ability to choose which My Medical Record hospital you would like to link to is coming in a future release.

My Medical Record

I was introduced to this App in late 2018 by my local hospital when I was diagnosed with cancer and was set up my my Macmillan Nurse. All my records are on there to do with my hospital appointments, blood test results, etc, etc. And any trip I make to the hospital for whatever reason it’s all noted and you’re emailed to let you know the results are there.
