Such a wonderful app for a calming birth

I bought this app as I had enrolled on their Mindful Birth, Bump & Beyond Online Course and wanted a contraction timer to support me through my labour. I love the wave (contraction) timer. It is so calming and such a brilliant idea to be able to upload your own photo. Everything about the app is very soothing and the hand sketched images are just beautiful. I also love that you can switch birth preferences as I still might have to opt for an abdominal birth so great to have this option too.

Finally a pregnancy app that has it all! Beautifully designed and very easy to navigate. The packing lists and section to keep all your pregnancy support contacts are super useful and the relaxation tracks are just fab! A must have app for any mum to be! Love it!

Useful and calming !

There are so many pregnancy apps it is difficult to know which one to choose, but I am really pleased with this one which is both of practical use and helps mental health on the pregnancy journey. It has good functionality e.g. being able to track week by week babies growth, and recommendations for what you need to pack for labour, but it is also not overwhelming. I particularly like the integration of positive affirmations which really helps me as a more anxious mummy to be. Really pleased to have this useful tool along my pregnancy journey.
