Listen to our deep relaxation audio during pregnancy before you go to sleep, and then during the birth (if you feel like it at the time) to help your mind and body relax

Perfect app

I really enjoy using this app, it’s calming and reassuring advice isn’t overcrowded. The little affirmations at the bottom are simple and to the point, which I love as I feel I take note of them more. An added bonus is not being able to skip forward in weeks which makes me not wish this pregnancy away!

Useful and calming !

There are so many pregnancy apps it is difficult to know which one to choose, but I am really pleased with this one which is both of practical use and helps mental health on the pregnancy journey. It has good functionality e.g. being able to track week by week babies growth, and recommendations for what you need to pack for labour, but it is also not overwhelming. I particularly like the integration of positive affirmations which really helps me as a more anxious mummy to be. Really pleased to have this useful tool along my pregnancy journey.

Great waves tracker, and hospital packing list so helpful

Being very organised I love the checklist hospital packing lists on this app, they’re so thorough and have been brilliant for packing my bag the past few weeks. The waves tracker is the best feature and this one is very calming and I think it will really help me relax through the birth, especially with all the lovely relaxing audio tracks and positive birth affirmations
