Ratings and Reviews
Update needed
Not all the options are available as compared to when you dial *170# such as Allow Cash Out among others. An update is needed as soon as possible to fix this. Also, the app faces connection problems and you’re unable to use it.
Not so good
It looks like this app is only meant to be used in Ghana and probably Africa. When you travel outside of Africa it doesn’t work. Why should an app be created to only use one network. MTN should realise that there are others who use their SIM cards outside Ghana and knowing very well that their network has poor internet service outside the country they should allow the app to be accessed on other isp’s. SHAME

Full of bugs. It needs to b fixed ASAP!
Mtn pls ur app is full of bugs. Pls get it fixed ASAP. The app refuses to open to have u even access its features and that is too bad n annoying mtchewwwww. there is a promotion running n using the app for purchases scores u points, now I wasted money downloading the app n I can’t access it after downloading. N thanx to ur faulty app I have Been ruled out of the competition too 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.
