Looks nice but…
Better off going to Vodafone. Can’t change prepaid traffic in the app. Requesting new sim is stated as 48 hours delivery but takes weeks. No doubt a message to reach out to their support will be the response soon…because they haven’t put the effort into fixing the app.
Quite terrible
The client area on their website is inaccessible for days at a time.
Did they not pay their server fees?
How do you mess that up in 2020?
This app regularly does not even load.
It hasn’t been updated for 8 months.
Is this a technology and communications company? What?
Recharging is a pain and has always been a pain.
I heard the guy who owns NOS also owns MEO, it’s main competitor. So he obviously has no incentive to provide a decent or even passable service... and it shows.
