Update more like a downdate
It was working ok on iPhone now it keeps saying update, update, update come on guys, this is super bad, you’re supposed to be a tech company, how hard is it to make an app work? I could do this blind folded, you’re letting the team down here, Egyptians are smart, this app isn’t, version 6.9.1 no good, version 6.9.3 still no good, very annoyed
Never works
This app is the absolute worse. It never works. Especially after every single update. Deleting and reinstalling doesn’t fix anything. It still crashes every single time. You just get the orange logo n remain frozen there. I donno what updates are actually for since before and after the updates the app still crashes every time.
Not to mention how you cannot pay your bill using Visa cards unless they’re issues in egypt. So if you are abroad you cannot pay ur bills. I reported this problem in 2018 and was told they’re working on it. For 6 years and still cannot fix it. What a joke. You’d think for all the profit they make they’d spend a little on making their services usable. But you’d be wrong. They don’t care about the customers since they know that all the other network providers in egypt are just as bad. So no need for competition or bettering their services. If you’re not happy that doesn’t matter. Nobody in egypt is happy with any kind of service anyways.

Poor communication
Changing their policy. No call available to customers service. Voice mail advising to send a whatsapp message on a specific number. I sent a whatsapp message and got automatic reply. Stay tuned. The service will be available as soon as possible. How to access a service that requires calling customer service if I can’t call or text?!!!
