You are encouraged to download this app when calling but when you open the app you are asked to log in each time. It looks like a web page and is hard to navigate. Each time I go to raise a new repair the app freezes or shuts mid submission or when uploading images. May aswell delete the app and just call or use safari.

This is not actually an app, it just loads a browser for you to log in to the website. Complete waste of time.
