When you click payments at the bottom and pay online, the pay online now link doesn't work

Can’t report defects/repairs on the app or on the website version of the platform. The option appears on the menu, but if I click on it it redirects me to the home page. This is pretty useless.

I had to phone Riverside and be on hold for quite a long time to report sometime. On top of that, the log of repairs/requests doesn’t appear online on my account.

Any way all of this can be fixed?

Hi, I'm sorry you've experienced difficulty accessing the app. You can report repairs on both the app and website version of My Riverside. On the old app I could report a repair but can’t do that anymore, it says you can do it on the web version of my riverside but there’s no option to do this and I have damp so will have to phone, maybe someone will answer quicker than last time I phoned and it was 45 mins before anyone answered!
