Don’t understand why the company would remove the original app until they had confirmed the new app worked. Enjoyed the original app but that has now gone and no replacement.

The problem I have is that there is no Battery charging schedule in the app, but also its not in the cars software to activate the charger. I’ve been to the dealership and simply they don’t know what’s the problem or to solve it. They appear to me that they don’t know who to go to. Like all massive company’s it’s usually a communication issue, or people have no knowledge or training, I should know as I worked for a massive global company as a project manager. Anyway what I hear so far is that the previous seat app had scheduling facility, but the latest one hasn’t, it’s simply a “mess”

Why, why, why
Can’t you just make the old app available again? It wasn’t perfect but at least what it did worked. All these reviews show you’re taking money from people for an app that has never worked properly and you reel out the same generic platitudes as a response to each review. I’ve always had to close the app and open it again before it’s given me the correct (very limited) information but for the past week I’ve not even been able to access the app. And I’m paying for this rubbish!
