User friendly

Its very simple and user friendly. And i love how payment of bills are so easy and convenient. The awesome thing is that it can even track your daily data usage to help you ratio out till the due date :)

Very bad app

I’m be very disappointed with this app.
Having bought a roaming package I want to check usage, but you can’t customise usage to appear when you open the app; you have to go through two sets of menus and then wait for the useless ads to disappear or you will click on the wrong option as the reformatting of the ads moves the menu slightly.
Also I set warnings at S$20 for when I’m over for data usage but in 2 mins I got two warnings together either side of midnight which means I am being billed S$100 for a couple of hours of use in Vietnam because I didn’t check this country was not part of the roaming package in Asia or Global.
Not easy to use or fair in my opinion.

A group of high school kids could write a better app

So the emphasis on banking or mobile apps is *STREAMLINING* and making the process both efficient and rapid. Among the ten million useless functions, the arguably most critical one - being able to pay your phone bill through epay- seems to be broken.

You can start the payment process but have to temporarily tap out to pass the security check which is sent by text. Then the app decides that for security it must reset itself - so you're stuck in an eternal loop of never being able to pay.

Even more so, it says you have an active payment on going and can't even pay the second time you try to.

App developers know one thing - do it simple and do it right or you'll end up with a bloated whale carcass. Either starhub demanded a whole bunch of obsolete features meaning the developers didn't have time to actually thoroughly test and ensure viability, or the developers blew the money on pizza and vodka parties.

I have my money on the first.
