Quite good and helpful but just one thing...
I like the app but find it frustrating that some content doesn’t automatically translate all content- as a multinational brand T-Mobile could do much better.
Hard to use because of language
I downloaded this app because I have a T-Mobile account in Amsterdam. The details said it was Dutch & English, but can't figure out where the English setting is. Hard to use because of language differences, just like the T-Mobile website.
Poor
Too many error massages. Cannot connect to my subscription. Cannot connect to customer service. Not fit for purpose. Rather consistent with customer experience of using roaming ….. slow to set up, intermittent failures, sms links don’t work. I wish my employer had not switched provider. Why does App Store review suggest that reviews are all years old?
