Description
The My Tenancy app gives housing tenants of West Lancashire Borough Council access to view tenancy details, repairs history and rent account transactions. Rent payments and repairs requests can be made and tenants will be able to message their housing officer or request other services 24 hours a day 365 days a year.

Very helpful app when it works
Has a tremendous potential but seems to just not work lately. Please fix this as it really makes my life easier.
Needs some work to be useful
Unfortunately this isn’t working well on my iPad Air 3 on IOS13. I can’t make any payments and external links to web forms are out of date and don’t work as they should. I also have to keep deleting and reinstalling to get my balance info as there seems to be some sort of memory leak error or something that causes the app to slow down my iPad and cause other apps to fail after a couple of days? Nice attempt but since the latest IOS update I think the app needs some patches to be useful again. For now it’s just a way of checking my rent balance.
Please fix it soon.
