Very disappointed with Internet
I put 1000 drams on my account and in 1 hour I transferred 3000 drams, however, As I found out today, my tariff of 3500 was not activated. So I spent 4000 drams in 1 day. Called the vivacell helpline and was told that between putting 1000 and 3000 drams Which was 1 hour I used 42 mb of internet, so there was not enough money to activate my tariff. Totally ridiculous as in that 1 hour I just used internet to send few messages on messenger and my phone doesn’t update any applications or download anything without wi-fi. Very disappointed!!!
