Alright and then bad
I have been with Vodafone for a few years. When I first joined the service it was absolutely awful. As this was my first ever bill that would pay automatically each month, I didn’t check it. I lost my job suddenly and had to call up the network to inform them. It was at this convenient time that they decided to inform me that my last 6 months worth of bills hadn’t been paid and said they needed all the money to be paid otherwise they were cutting my services. I said I couldn’t until I had a new job and they just said there was nothing they could do. After months of struggle I was depressed and called up yet another time and finally this one employee was soo lovely to offer me a split it payment plan sort of thing and then I could use my service again. It was going well and about 2 months left to pay until it was cleared Vodafone cut me off again. I called up to explain the split it plan and after being passed onto a manager, I was informed that “they wouldn’t ever agree to that as it would suit me” literally them words? What? i had been doing it for 4 months and they knew that. The way they treat their loyal customers is horrible - I will never forget that time of my life because of them. I now have a better job and have never been in debt, but when you are in those situations, you are treated like scum
Terrible network don’t make the mistake!
I left Vodafone once already, I then made the mistake of returning to the network lured in with pretty promises, like the reviews above it’s been a none stop nightmare with many problems and false claims combined with terrible customer service untrained staff with major language barriers I feel like a complete fool to have made the same mistake twice , My advice if your thinking of joining don’t do it , it will be the worst mistake of your life and once you sign a contract they have you and can do what they will without concern or honesty please do not be another unhappy Vodafone user , my own dear mother has too beacons embroiled into this network nightmare and almost lost her wits trying to sort out a fraudulent bill they tried to saddle her with after 8 months they realized their mistake and stopped threatening her without an apology, I have been waiting 3 weeks for them to change my new chip to my existing number they keep telling 24 hours , three weeks later it still has not happened and I have paid 2 bills in 3 weeks ???? And that is just the tip of the rip off iceberg believe me , read the previous feedback I am not alone in the many many unhappy customers.
My Voda review
Been on Vodafone for years off an on. But found now the signal is very stable as other networks tend to give a good signal but don’t do anything just buffer or drop calls. Not the cheapest network but you get what you pay for. Network deals change all the time with all the different networks so for some people it’s all about the cheaper deal so it all depends on what you want out there. I’ve been on all the networks through business and been very happy with Vodafone for a few years now. Our company which I work with in are using EE as they have found the internet speeds better for our service system we use but I using my phone doing the same stuff next to one of our other engineers and it no different. But that said it all depends on the area you cover. We cover the whole of England and Scotland and Wales so you get better coverage on some networks than others.
Don’t have any problem with customers service so happy days 👍
