My WebID

With the My WebID app you carry out every identification - with video, online banking, ID card photos, digital identity or eID function - in just a few steps.
1. Download the app 2. Follow the instructions 3. Enter your TAN - done. Your legally valid electronic signature with e-signature is just as easy.
The My WebID app only needs authorization for the camera.
Tips:
• Make sure you have a stable internet connection to ensure smooth operation. WiFi is better than mobile data.
• Good lighting helps to identify the ID card.
• The ID document should be clean and undamaged and not covered by your hand.

Staff were friendly and professional
The tan number needs to be more obvious however
Very impersonal, not helpful
Have done identification via web / online for the first time and found staff very impatient, very impersonal and not friendly. It certainly wouldn’t harm if eg they could explain in a few words why they are asking what they were asking as some of their demands felt a bit weird - and just to recognize there is actually a human sitting on the other end of the line?
Very nice staff
I have to call several times due to cuts on the network connection and every member of staff I’ve spoken to has been very professional and friendly.
