We’re working hard to make it as easy as possible for you to make the most of your health cover, which is why we’ve developed this claims app. Submit your claim for optical, dental, chiropody and therapy treatments using the app and you’ll get the money back into your account even quicker. It means a faster and more convenient way for you to claim, for our most popular benefits. If you’ve already registered to access your account details on the My Westfield area of our website, your username and password will also work on this app. If you haven’t registered yet, it’s really quick and easy to do, visit www.westfieldhealth.com, go to My Westfield and register your details. Once you’re registered, all you have to do to make a claim using the app is complete the details of your treatment, take a photo of your receipt and submit it to us. We’ll aim to process your claim and pay you back within two working days. We’ve been dedicated to supporting the health of the nation since 1919. Not a bad app, and it easier to submit a claim than filling out the paper form. But they need to allow you to attach a copy of the receipt rather than have to take a picture of it. Most places send a digital receipt these days, meaning you must print it out just to take the picture and submit via the app.

This version although 2years ago is far simpler than new one I have down loaded as it gives option to down load picture of receipt job done. I have only access it by going into App Store and opening it from there. I had to to delete old app from years ago as it kept failing to recognise password changed passwords several times same thing not recognising it. When deleted and new app from App Store used it recognises my password immediately with out have to reset I think there is a problem with Westfield’s apps ?

Unable to look into approved practitioners (iPhone all updated to latest updates on phone and app) I clicked accept all, reject all, accept some, did all manner of combinations but it repeatedly pops up making it completely unusable and therefore I cannot see where I can go for treatment, what treatments I can access with this, and then they get the money from the company but we can’t use it. Hopefully the devs will be able to fix this sharpish as I need to see a therapist- but don’t know which ones I can access. Thankfully, I’m not in dire need at present but others may be and may not be able to afford to not have it refunded

Easy to use but has issues

My husband and myself use the same app in one device. When we submit a claim and try to log out, it either doesn’t log /sign out, or looks like it has but when you click login, takes you straight back in to the account you logged out of without signing in. This means if we have claims to submit for both of us we can’t. Closing the app, clearing the app and rebooting the device doesn’t work either. Frustrating.
