The app seems to not have worked for more than a month now. It is a great app to have a look at your housing details and regarding your rent details but I haven’t been able to access current balance and transactions. This issue needs to resolved otherwise great little app.

The app rarely works. If you reset your password they send you a temporary password which doesn't work. They do not respond to emails. Deleting the app and reinstalling doesn't help. Even when it is working there's really nothing worth using it for beyond reporting repairs or checking your rent balance. If you use it to report repairs you cannot see any of the information that you've submitted, only the log made by ForHousing which doesn't fit on the screen so you cannot see all the information. There is duplicates of jobs and it's very confusing. Most of the links in the app just launch webpages externally. It's embarrassing how little ForHousing cares about providing decent services to tenants, this is across the service and not just limited to the app.

This is the worse app I have ever seen, if you click on repairs it just constantly loads and nothing else, what is the point in having this at all, numerous times I’ve had to reset the password & it still don’t work so I’ve had to phone them anyway, don’t bother, it’s a waste of time.

Quick Access to housing but constantly getting Notifications open the App to find nothing had to turn notifications off.
