Amazing
Never been a gym goer it into keeping fit, when I saw the ad in FB it caught my attention, I decided to call and see what it’s all about! Well if you need to get in shape but don’t want the ordinary gyms with all the posers etc this is your place. My Son thinks I’ve lost my mind because I actually enjoy going, their program and concept is perfect, yep I actually enjoy, no really enjoy going. The trainers are second to none, so helpful, friendly but profession and wow totally encouraging. It’s a workout and not easy but love it. All the people who go are so lovely too. Best thing I’ve ever done!!! Better sit down after saying something like that lol! Give them a call you won’t regret it. 😄
