Even worse than the previous version of the app

This version is slower, less stable and contrary to what the App Store says provides me with less information than the old app from 2015. (I can no longer see information on my boilers, my accumulator or my hot water tank) If there is meant to be help or support pages then I can’t find them. Whilst Windhager’s engineering might be good there software and customer support is embarrassingly poor.

Terrible. Don’t pay the activation fee

It’s not even capable of sending push notifications if there is an issue with the boiler. It’s a totally useless solution. Windhager support just don’t care, and won’t answer support emails.

Good when it works

I had a log gasification boiler installed earlier in year and need remote access to ensure tenants using boiler properly. Unfortunately over last few months has not worked at all, even after a replacement unit was sent out. I really hope the January update is going to finally change as when it works apart from slow refresh of data on app is quite good
