The MyFax app works with any MyFax subscription. New users can sign up in the app and start faxing in minutes
MyFax subscription details:
$12.99 (USD) per month. Includes 300 combined inbound and outbound fax pages monthly. Subscription will automatically renew monthly until you cancel. Once you complete your in-app purchase, your subscription fee will be charged through your iTunes account. Manage your subscription and turn off auto renewal in your iTunes account. Monthly subscription will renew automatically unless your subscription is canceled through your iTunes account and auto-renew is turned off 24-hours before the end of the current period. Accounts will be charged $12.99 for monthly renewal within 24-hours prior to end of current period. No cancellation of current month allowed during active subscription period.

Serious App Toy Interface
Long frustrated by the clunky browser app interface there is now another annoyance. MyFax are offering the app on iTunes UK store without migrating all their UK customers onto the servers that allow the iPhone app to access their accounts. A fix is promised for some time in the next quarter. Nothing about this anywhere until frustration leads to a support call.
Fail
Despite following instructions it failed to send faxes on every attempt.
They also charged £5 for the "free trial" period of 30 days so even if you opt out of the trial & close your account before the trial period ends they still keep your details to bill you.
