If you are a MotoNovo Finance customer, the MyMotoNovo App is the simple and convenient way to manage your finance agreement wherever and whenever you want.
With the MyMotoNovo App you can:
• View your finance agreement
• See your transaction history
• Request a settlement figure
• Make payments
• Change your payment date
• Change your bank details
• Update contact details, email and phone number
Registering for the app is quick and easy. All you need to do is:
1. Download the app;
2. Have your Agreement Number to hand;
3. Enter a few account details;
4. Set up a personal password and passcode.
Once you've completed the registration steps, you can use the app to manage your MyMotoNovo account whenever and where ever you are.
Please note this app is compatible with (but not optimised for) tablets.

The app used to work great. But continuously crashes in IOS: 14.0.1
Please can you fix the app so that I can continue to monitor my payments. Other than that the app was great. But I suppose it will take I while for FNB (First National Bank) in South Africa to sort this out. As I know the struggles in South Africa at the moment although when I’m home I use Nedbank and not FNB. As your branches are not that helpful and this app seems to be going the same way as your branches in South Africa.

After sitting on the phone for about 15 minutes waiting for someone in MotoNovo to pick the phone up because they can’t be bothered to employ enough people at their call centre, I decided to take their pre-recorded advice and download the app to pay the settlement figure. However it would appear that the app is as useless as a customer service line and after trying five times and each time being told to wait and watch a wait wheel go round and round and round and round and round, I gave up trying to pay. I suppose I will now have to waste more of my time on the phone to the call centre now.
Well done MotoNovo Finance. App deleted.
Registration experience horrendous
This review only covers the registration process, because literally every time I’ve tried to register, I’ve thrown up my hands in disgust and walked away before completing it.
Firstly, all copy/paste functionality on the dev flow is disabled. So you can’t paste in your agreement number, or a password from a password manager.
But that doesn’t matter because EVERY time you change to a different app, it will reset you right back to the start of the app (the reg/login screen).
If you want to use a password manager, it won’t make it easy for you. You’ll have to manually search for the entry, since it doesn’t appear to throw up an identifier the password manager can attach the password to, so it’s just floating in the aether.
Seriously, Whoever actually designed this workflow should hang their head in shame. Go to Pluralsight, and enrol in some UX courses, then throw this entire app in the sea and start over from scratch.
