First class postcards!
I just love using this app! It’s all very well thinking you’re going to get in touch with people, but you have to really motivate yourself these days to buy the card, get the stamps, schlepp all the way to the post office etc etc....with My Postcard, all you have to do is choose the card you want to send, write your message, insert the address, pay your (let’s face it, nominal!) fee, and it’s done for you! Plus, you get the certain knowledge that the recipient of the card you’re sending will love getting it. Satisfaction guaranteed. Brilliant service.
Fantastic! When it works…
Absolutely love the app. Creating personalised postcards works brilliantly and super quick. Delivery times (within Europe) are amazing (sometimes actually next day!). So no need to go out buy postcards, spend ages finding stamps and a postoffice and you get a card with your own photos!!
Only one thing is slightly annoying. There seems to be a bug that means the extra options at the end of a postcard order don’t always load (when reloading a saved draft for sure) and I therefore can’t complete the order. I haven’t figured out why or what makes the extra option not load or reappear. If that gets fixed, I’d definitely give 5 stars.

Always gives message text is too big
There is no way to know whether you have written too much text until after you have written it and try to go to the next step. There is no character count line on moat apps. So I end up having to rewrite them all the time.
It shows that the text aide of the card is only 3/4 full, but then won't let me proceed. I hVe complained and been told that they “need room at the bottom for the postal service”. According to the visual they provide, there is plenty if room.
They know it's an issue, they choose not to fix it. I spend a fair amount on this app, my last top up was over £100, I will be going back to TouchNote when i work off my current balance.
