Using this app you will be able to:

• Pay your rent via the Allpay website
• Check your account balance and recent transactions
• Report any issues in your neighbourhood
The app will enable Rooftop tenants to have complete control over their tenancies, being able to access our services how, where and whenever they want to.

Pointless app
It’s about as useful as an ash try on a motorbike. Constant notification that won’t go away. U can see your rent balance and that’s about it. Reporting jobs is hit and miss so basically a worthless app that needs major upgrade
Nice one!
As a long time Rooftop tenant, it’s great to finally have a smartphone app for accessing rent and repairs etc, saving time compared to being on hold! Only problem at the moment is that the app is a bit ‘buggy’ - constantly showing I have a notification on my phone when there’s nothing in-app, and can’t seem to make it disappear!

Great way to get info
A good idea but it keeps alerting you about something but when you open the app there is nothing there. Even if you reinstall it just keeps popping up. If that is supposed to happen then what is it trying to tell you?
