Ratings and Reviews
Not able to top up due to maintenance.
I think it a bad idea to start maintenance at 8pm because I am someone who relies on the app due to my mobility. The electricity is running down and I can't top up until the app has finished maintenance. It would be good if the time can be changed to 11pm onwards that way most people are unlikely to top up. Also it would be good to let us know hours before or day before that you're doing maintenance to give us extra time to top up, maybe through email or text. Please consider others. Thank you.
A big improvement.
This is a far better app than its predecessor. It now has balances and notifications to remind you to top up when your credit reaches a certain point. It would be nice to have live top up and also to be able to top up both accounts in one transaction rather than individually. Shouldn’t be too difficult, select the amount you want to top up and add to a basket then do the same with the other account, go to basket and pay for both in one transaction.
EDIT: although essentially the app works fine, I still have the same questions which I mentioned in my first review a few years ago. Why do we still have to make separate purchases for gas and electric, why are you reluctant to add a basket into which we can put both purchases and post for them in one transaction. Also, still waiting for live updates to the “SMART” meter. Come on guys.
Good, but
I would like to say this is a perfect app but I can’t as others have said the upload of balance on the account is slow and misleading and a way of switching to Emergency if needed is missing (most people live on their phones and some can not get up to go check on the smart meter in the kitchen, and some of us are at work and come home to find the gas or electric off when we could of switched over while we’re out!!) otherwise this is a very easy to understand app, but please seriously theses two things would make life sooo much easier.
