I’ve been playing this game for over four years now, what I like is even though you have finished the game you can go back if you want to increase your scores, each level gets harder but then you know the game so it won’t make that much of a challenge, challenging your friends and family it becomes a talking point I normally help others in the case with who the killer is and they help me

Fun, but formulaic and very repetitive
As the title says, it follows a certain formula and after a while it takes the shine off the game a little when every murderer’s response to being arrested is more or less the exact same every single time even when, perhaps, it doesn’t even fit the character to deny his/her actions three times before the overwhelming evidence finally makes them admit it. Almost all the murderers sound the same in that regard and it becomes far too repetitive.
Even the ratio of sending evidence to the lab, examine something under the microscope and talking to suspects after that evidence has been analysed is pretty much the same from case to case. So, for instance, in every chapter one you will likely be speaking to the same number of suspects, examining the same amount of things under the microscope and sending the same amount of items to the lab every time.
There is very little straying from this formula.
It doesn’t make the game terrible or drastically lessen my enjoyment, but it does make the game a little underwhelming at times for me.
Good game but recent changes aren’t for the better.
I’ve been playing Criminal Case for a couple of years, moving continuously from one game to the next, upping my level, improving the capability of my helper animal, and keeping my friends.
On moving to the Mysteries of the Past games I was forced onto a different app, losing all my player friends, my animals and my status.
Gaining energy and coins now depends almost entirely on watching ads, which I resent. I find playing the games has less challenge, less room for strategy.
I’m continuing to play, but I hope it’s creators will reconsider some of their changes.
