Crashes Galore!
Fantastic game but with expansions just crashes and dumps me back on the home screen too much on my iPad Air. Luckily the game saves every turn but is getting tiresome having to restart multiple times just to finish a match! Already got this on the switch (much more expensive) but at least it’s stable there!
Looks & plays great
Really like the artwork & the game always runs really smoothly.
My only quibble would be the same as for other game apps, in that I would like to know more about what my AI opponent is doing - exactly what advancement it has just taken, it’s ability & exactly what card it was added to etc. I know there is a means of seeing the AI’s final deck at the very end of the game but that’s too little to late.
Other than that I can only recommend this app.
I don’t review many apps but...
...this game and app are amazing. The only downside is that the base game itself doesn’t have enough content to be interesting. With the in app expansions though, it is my favourite deck builder (ok it’s technically “card crafting” but it’s the same enjoyable feedback loop).
This app made me purchase the actual card game and ALL expansions including Conclave!
