Great app but needs scrolling improvement
One thing to improve, when you click on an item to view then go back to the previous page, it takes you back to the top, not where you left it. So you’ve scrolled down and already viewed many items, you have to scroll down again and find where you were.
Worst user experience
Which is a shame because I used to love shopping with Mytheresa. Now this new user interface is beyond not fit for purpose and makes the shopping experience tedious and frankly annoying beyond words. You cannot edit your wish list without being returned to the first page anytime you remove something. There is constantly an user error. Even on the first page as soon as you log in. These problems are not limited to the app but also the website since they have updated it. Both app and website are now so frustrating to use, I now predominantly gravitate towards the Net-a-Porter and Farfetch websites and apps as they are way more intuitive, user friendly and way less frustrating. Which is a shame as Mytheresa has always been a fantastic shopping experience in the past.

Better than Net a Porter
MyTheresa has now become my favourite online shop, thru have an amazing service. If you’re looking for an online shop that can easily ship world wide with no faff when it comes to taxes or returns, Mytheresa is perfect. They have a great selection of luxury clothing for women, men and children. But they also offer a much better customer service than their competitors like Net-a-porter who are now so big they are very robotic in their communication. Whereas with Mytheresa I feel I am communicating with an actual person. 👍 the only thing they could add is Beauty.
