Release 4.07.00 for MyTime includes a bug fix addressing an issue selecting a different month with Shift swaps, enhancements to the clocking feature for better handling of unknown events, and improvements to the login process along with the associated account lockout mechanism

Release 4.03.00 for myTIME includes bug fixes relating to filtering requests correctly and performance improvements. Additionally, as part of the performance improvements, the accounts indicators will now also display the last successfully run results instantly and a new request for the latest results will be be fetched every time the user logs in or navigates to the home page.

1. A new filter has been added to myTime called ‘Pending Swappee Approval’, which shows all pending swappee approval items, they no longer appear in the ‘New/Pending’ filter. 2. The ‘New/Pending’ filter has been renamed ‘Pending’. 3. myTIME now gives the user the option to cancel a whole multi day holiday block, rather than needing to cancel each individual day of the multi day holiday block. 4. The Calendar screen in myTIME was taking sometime to load, or to update when moving from month to month, without any visual indication something was happening. A spinner is now displayed when loading or updating the Calendar. 5. Improvements have been made to the display of Availability in the Month view on the Calendar page in myTIME. 6. An issue has been fixed in myTIME where users were getting a red bar for a few seconds when attempting a request.

An On Call feature has been added and allows users to specify availability either ad hoc or as repeating availability. On Call is not considered working time and therefore additional hours or shift changes may be placed on top of On Call availability. There is now the option for Multiple Profiles which can be attached to a single login. This enables users to have multiple roles in their business.
