An invaluable tool - far cheaper and more convenient than hardback cruising guides.

Having sailed from Tunisia through Malta Sicily Sardinia the Balearics and Spain this year, we have found it an essential tool. We have used many aspects of the app-the route planner to is especially helpful. The Anchorage protection guide is also very useful and the fact that you can contact people already there to check current conditions is great. The up-to-date reviews of facilities, Restaurants et cetera also make exploring new places and even more pleasurable experience especially if you are on a route with limited time. Compared to most things in the marine industry, the cost is buttons especially when viewed against these benefits. Highly recommend!

I like the current format a lot

I have added objective comments to anchorages and locations and will continue to do so.
I have also used the chat facility to advise people of current fuel/provision/price situation regarding recent places I have rated, when asked.
This works well.
The simplicity and level of sophistication is perfectly adequate for me.
A higher level of complexity or deeper level of engagement would encourage my interest to wain.

Don’t buy for itinerary

I was looking forward to creating my itinerary on the paid version before my sailing holiday starts, but what a massive disappointment. You can only put a single start and end point, and you can’t even save that. The route disappears if you close the small itinerary window also. Absolutely useless in my opinion. I’ll use it for anchorage’s and weather I guess , but it’s not what prompted me to buy it. I won’t be renewing.
