Issues and suggestions

Selecting guest mode did nothing and the verification email would not send to a hotmail account. Had to set up a yahoo email account to get past the login page. Very frustrating and embarrassing to discover this new barrier to using my lights while at a photoshoot. I was hopeful that this new update would at least allow you to save scenes with different setting on each light, but once again, saved scenes must all have the exact same settings, meaning flat and boring lighting. Can you please introduce a way to save a scene with different settings for each light? I would forgive every other issue if the app could provide this option.

We haven't applied any e-mail domain restrictions to the app. Unless a typo slipped in for some reason, the verification code should have reached your inbox. Please also check your Spam folder. In regards to saving scenes with different setting on each light,we will update the APP to make this possible in the future, but at present time, you could do the following to achieve this. It might be a little complicated, but it works.
Firstly, add the lights into a group, adjust the parameters, name the group, then add the group to "favorites". Secondly, add the same lights to another group, adjust their settings, then add the group to "favorites". After completing these steps, scenes with different settings on each light will be saved.

App no longer supports lights

I bought some RGB 530 light panels a couple years back that have worked mostly flawlessly for me. It could be a little hesitant at times. However since the app has recently been updated it can no longer find these lights, nor do the lights show up in the reset menu. This has now made it a pain when setting up the lights as I often have them in awkward to reach places. I’m now looking at going away from Neewer for this very reason.

App doesn’t connect to ER1 camera slider

No matter what I do, the camera slider just doesn’t appear on the Neewer app. I have other Neewer products that connect fine but this camera slider doesn’t and it’s the most frustrating thing.. especially as the product itself isn’t cheap.
