I log in and it says “ apologise but at the moment we cannot satisfied your request “ and if I log into the web browser it works perfect!

Impossible to use
In line with the other BT products like the clunky BT24, this app cannot be accessed as app but via an internet site on both phone and laptop. I only downloaded it so i can update my Ro to UK phone, but every step in the update data process is a problem. After hours navigating it, it now won’t accept my photo id which is a jpg and under 4MB document. I give up. Will have to choose a bank which accepts non RO phones and actually allows me to use the app.
