Incredible Game

I literally live on this app. The concept is great and I love playing it with friendly mods as well in the chat who always help with questions. You are never left bored on it and there are daily rewards and challenges which give you items making it easier to play each day. There are a few spelling mistakes, for example, when you go onto the members section on a party, it says membres instead but apart from small things, I love this game.

Mods Need to be held more accountable for any mutes

Its An Amazing Game let’s get that straight first, it’s biggest downfall is it’s ’trust and safety’/support team. They will mute you out of the blue and for ‘privacy reasons’ never give you a reason for doing so. I have been muted 4 times and only been provided with a reason on one occasion. Their support team are very dismissive and do not like to help. If they actually cared about the English speaking regions, I’d highly recommend getting some higher mods that’s mother tongue is English. Since currently they’re all English speaking French so they may not always understand what is being said It would also be nice for it to be compulsory for any helper or mod to provide a reason and proof for any mute and make it so the muted player can see the reasoning at any point (would be nice to have the mute timer back aswell… we can’t see how long we’ve got left on the mute anymore which was great to have, which would also mean you all have less tickets to answer and can concentrate on any more important tasks you may have) ッSexy Tacoッ

We have also taken your review into serious account and would like to let you know that we are working on bringing more mods in the English region and we do recognise the communication issue at our end.
However, for the mute timer we will take your advice into account, but for the reason for being muted many times is evident to the users why they have been muted and providing a reason for every mute sometimes does not make sense.
Our trust and safety team is working hard on making your user experience better and if you are being muted then there is something you are doing which is not permitted, please read the rules and regulations given on the website and also the disclaimer you sign before using it.
We welcome you to bring constructive ideas which will help us to make the game better!

Nota bene

You need to realise what’s going on in game with your users. Everybody is getting bored of the game RAPIDLY! The changes you are making have in places made the game a lot worse according to so many players.
You need to create content to make players be interested and excited and wanted to come back on the game. At the moment it gets super boring super quick and there’s literally NO reason to click the game app.
You need to take note because you have lost such a huge amount of players in such a short period and even more over a longer period. Soon there will be next to no one left and you won’t have a game.
Get yourself a new creative ideas content creator because the current one is terrible.
